Welcome to our charming first-floor apartment with sea views. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for an unforgettable vacation, you can relax on our spacious private balcony, complete with table and chairs for breakfast in the fresh air. The space Inside the apartment, you'll find our four comfortable bedrooms, offering double or single beds to suit your needs. The apartment has two well-equipped bathrooms with showers and a washing machine, an air conditioner in the hallway to cool every room, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your needs and prepare your favorite dishes. You can also relax in our spacious living room, equipped with a smart TV for relaxing evenings and air conditioning for warm summer evenings. Amenities: Shared shower on the ground floor, air conditioning, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hairdryer, unlimited high-speed internet, and a 43" smart TV. We provide a starter pack for your comfort during your stay (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, sugar, salt, napkins, water, sparkling wine, extra virgin olive oil, dish soap, cleaning spray), but you will need to purchase your own amenities once they are exhausted. Linens: We provide a full set of bed linens and towels for each person. Extra sheets and towels can be provided for a fee. Other things to note We welcome small pets with an additional cleaning fee (€40). We also offer beach towel rental (€5) and baby kits (€30) upon request. To ensure compliance with Italian law, we kindly ask you to provide your identification documents. Check-in and check-out times: Please note that check-in is from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you require check-in after 9:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM (before 1:00 PM), this will incur a fee of €30.00. Please contact us in advance to check availability. Personal check-ins: We can arrange to have someone meet you at the apartment; please let us know in advance. Parking: There is only one parking space per apartment within the building. - Luggage storage: Unfortunately, we do not have luggage storage in the apartment. You can expect high-quality service here, although please note that this is not a hotel service. However, we can arrange a weekly cleaning service as an extra upon request.
