The space Loft-style 12’ ceilings with concrete floors and crisp white walls set the tone for this bright corner unit, filled with natural light all day long. The corner standing balcony offers a breath of fresh air above the city. The private bedroom offers a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to 2 adults. Enjoy resort-style building amenities including a rooftop pool and gym with skyline views, gender-separated saunas, and a palm-shaded lap pool on the first floor. Guest access You’ll have full access to the common areas, bedroom and bathroom, and all building amenities — the rooftop pool and gym, saunas, and the first-floor lap pool. Parking is available across the street at College Station North Garage. Please note: guest access is contingent on completing and signing a short-term lease and association rules packet, which will be provided prior to check-in. During your stay I’ll be available to communicate throughout your stay should you need anything, and am happy to share local recommendations for the neighborhood’s restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Other things to note Guests must complete and sign an HOA registration form (provided upon booking) agreeing to the building’s rules and regulations, along with a security deposit that is fully returned after the stay is completed. Parking is off-site, across the street at College Station North Garage.
