Cozy student room in old building apartment

Welcome to our cozy student apartment! Currently, it is my room in the apartment that we provide from time to time, as I travel a lot. That means you will be in the apartment with my roommate Hannes during your stay. You can reach the subway in 4 minutes on foot. In 18 minutes you can reach Stuttgart city center by train. Shopping: Lidl and Netto are a 9-minute walk away. We welcome people from all over the world and all horizons :-) The space Our 2-bedroom apartment is located in a 3-room old building apartment with a beautiful creaky wooden floor that gives the apartment its charm. In the house, there are other shared apartments with young people. You can use everything with us (kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony). However, my roommate regularly uses the living room for his hobby brewing experiments. We try to keep the apartment clean, but of course it is a shared apartment and not an Airbnb apartment ;-) We don't smoke in the apartment, but we have a balcony.
