The space The master bedroom has a king size bed and large walk in shower. The open living room has a large T.V. with cable and DVD player. The kitchen rivals any high end kitchen. It has a large center island with seating, and a beverage refrigerator. Enjoy the coffee center/bar. The spiral staircase leads to a loft that has 6 queen beds and 1 full sized bunkbed. There is a sleeper sofa and T.V./gaming console for children/teens. Guest must be able to climb stairs. Guests will need to bring swimming, bath towels and bed sheets 6 queen size 2 full size and 1 king size. We provide toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. Closest Washateria is (Neal's Washateria ) it is 1 mile away. or Leakey Texas. There is not trash service so guest must remove there trash at the end of there stay. Local Community Center on Hwy 127 will take it at 1.00 a bag of any size. If left behind it will be 25.00 per bag. up-charge.
