Description

This charming, second-story studio is conveniently located 2 blocks from the Eastern Promenade and a 15 minute walk to Portland's Old Port. Our studio has all the amenities to explore Portland like a local. Our short-term listing number is: STHR-003898-2022 The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a single family home. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, due to the house being 150 years old!The studio is an open space, with a small kitchenette, sitting corner and a full size mattress. There is a closet with plenty of shelving and hangers to hold all of your luggage. The bathroom is good sized and recently renovated with a rainfall style shower head that is extremely relaxing. Guest access You will have full access to the patio in the back patio. This space can be used for grilling or laying out in the sunshine with a nice book. Other things to note Our house is 150 years old! We have renovated the studio but there is still some of that old house charm. So please be gentle with the windows, as they are original. And just always feel free to contact us with any questions you may have :)
