This unique place has a style of its own. Garden level apartment with separate entrance. Located in a historical brownstone in Crown Heights, this location is the heart of Brooklyn for all exploration. 1 minute walk to the train station ( 2/5 trains on the same block as the accommodation). 15 minutes to the Barclays Center, 20 minutes to downtown Brooklyn and about 25 minutes by train to Manhattan. 15 minute walk to prospect park & botanical gardens.The location is surrounded by many restaurants The space Beautiful newly renovated one bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a single bed for solo travelers. The twin bed measures 73 inches long and 38 inches wide for reference. There is also a full sized pull out futon in the living room with mattress topper to provide additional comfort, which sleeps two people. Each door is equipped with smart locks for easy self check in and check out. A comfortable, private space in historic Lefferts Gardens, 40 min to Times Square or Coney island. Located on a tree-lined street 4 blocks to Prospect Park (Lakeside Roller Skating/ ice Skating Rink) 15 min walk to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden,Prospect Park Zoo 25 min walk to the Brooklyn Museum,Saturday Farmers Market,Grocery, wine shop, bars, restaurants, cafes & coffee shops There is an essential oil diffuser in the apartment that is turned on before each stay for a refreshing smell when you arrive. If you are sensitive to smells or have any allergies please let us know in advance so we can have the diffuser off before your arrival. There is an air purifier in the apartment to help circulate and clean air and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Other things to note This is the second unit in my home. NO SMOKING we have a strict no smoking and get together/party policy, if either is reported to Airbnb they automatically take your $300 security deposit .Please also be mindful of the neighbors, there should be no loud music or noise late night (after 9). If any of these rules are broken you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit your security deposit and payment made for the stay. We offer early check in at 1pm for 30$ or late check out at 1pm for 30$ please inquire and we can arrange for you before arrival. The area has a ceiling height of 80 inches and the bathroom is 71 inches for reference. The steps are the entrance steps about 5 steps. We do live upstairs from the apartment so there may be occasional footsteps. We mainly stay upstairs on the second floor so the footsteps are limited. There is no thermostat in the apt it is upstairs. Feel free to contact us during your stay if you need the heat raised or central air adjusted. There is a space heater and fan also in the apt if you’d like your own temperature control as many have different preferences.
