Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Recreational Lake, water skiing, tubing , wakeboarding, jet skiing, etc... Hiking nearby. The space This is a beautiful three-story house on the lake with beautiful views from each floor. There’s one stairway that is steeper than usual but there is a newer stairway on the porch that takes you to the lower deck. Each floor has French glass double doors that open onto the deck on each of the three floors. There is no dining room table set up but the oak table next to the wall folds out and can seat eight. The bottom deck has a fire pit and comfortable chairs around it. There is a dining table that seats 8 on the lower deck as well. Plenty of table cloths, and extra fold out tables and chairs for more seating as needed. Guest access The entire home, two bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, big kitchen, with every possible amenity. The living room has a large screen TV and a nice selection of games. There’s a very large family room with an electric fireplace and plenty of seating. The lowest floor has a hot tub on the deck. Other things to note 1. The available parking is from right in front of the white carport area with a boat in it and the three spots to the right in front of the garage that matches the house.. 2.The homes next to ours are in close proximity so we ask that you respect the quiet time of 11 on weeknights or midnight weekends. 3. There’s a recycling can under the kitchen sink next to the garbage can and we hope that you would put tour aluminum and glass in it rather than mixed with the garbage. 4. There is a propane fire pit that works very well. Extra propane tanks are available on the premises. 5. There are chemicals for the hot tub with directions to add a teaspoon per person after using the hot tub. It’s helpful to keep the filter clean. 5.
