Just a few minutes from Manhattan Beach, SoFi Stadium, LAX, Erewhon, and iconic Los Angeles attractions, our cozy tiny home is perfect for remote work and relaxation. Nestled in a quiet, private space, you'll be nearby world-class dining and shopping. Explore by day, then unwind in your peaceful retreat. The space Located a few blocks from Manhattan Beach, our newly remodeled, Californian 1950s back house is stocked with an exceptional queen-size Tuft and Needle Mattress, fresh cotton bath towels, beach towels, and cozy linens. Fully equipped kitchenette for your everyday cooking needs. Small fridge freezer combo, filtered water, French press, espresso maker, blender, 2-burner hot plate, and a toaster oven (There is no microwave). High-speed internet, perfect for remote work. We do not have a TV because there is so much to see and do around the South Bay, and we feel that it would deplete the aesthetic of the shack. If you'd like to watch movies or shows, please bring a laptop or tablet and get cozy on the bed. Minutes from the ocean, LAX, Sofi Stadium, Erewhon, Trader Joe’s, grocery stores, world-famous In-N-Out Burger, shopping malls, iconic beaches, coffee, and so much more! We thoroughly deep clean the Jones Surf Shack with non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning supplies. On your walk to the back house, you will pass along the side of our house and the side of our backyard, then enter your private and gated 1950s surf shack. We live full-time in the front house with our son and dog. Other things to note You will be in your own gated and private area. We may host gatherings in our main house and backyard. We have a dog and 2 young kids, so you may hear us playing in our backyard. Our electric water heater is tiny and offers about 10-15 minutes of hot water before reheating, which takes about an hour.
