Cozy house within a small farm, 5 minutes from the center of Miguel Pereira. The common areas of the site have a swimming pool, shower, lake and soccer field, as well as several fruit trees. Ideal space for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature with friends and family. Pets are also very welcome. The house has a TV with Chromecast, but does not have access to open channels.
