The space This is a private room within the home. Enjoy the California King bed. You will have your own PRIVATE full spacious bathroom and huge PRIVATE walk in closet! There is a work station for your convenience. There is a 32" TV for your convenience with Netflix. It is always nice to have it running in the back ground. This place is great for business or personal trip. Early check in if available before 3pm is $20 Late check out if available after 11am is $20 Guest access You will have your own private room with MUCH space and a lounge chair. The kitchen has a microwave. During your stay We are onsite so anything you need just ask. You can write us through the air bnb app or text us. Other things to note It is a spacious home and we have 3 listings total that we operate including this one. Please be respectful of all guests. $20 early and late check out fee - respectfuly no exceptions. We do offer the late check out and early check in to guests that pay due to high demand and proper accommodations. $15 laundry room usage fee whether one load done or for the duration of your stay.
