The garage, metal shipping container and surrounding land around the property are not accessible. Other things to note We've always maintained a super clean space, and follow COVID19 guidelines using professional grade disinfectant for extra sanitation. Also of note: the High Desert is a place of serene, untouched beauty and free wildlife. We respect this as guests of nature and ask that you do too! Being in a remote location in the Mojave Desert, the house's setting is 'wild' - there can be ants, spiders, flying bugs. Even after 9 years of living here, the desert can be very unpredictable. We do our best to keep pests at bay, with keeping the doors closed especially at night the most important thing on the guest end.
