The space Our apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and service area. We have two bedrooms, in the suite we have a queen size double bed and in the second bedroom a treliche (bunk bed with double bed underneath). Both rooms have good closets and a small workstation. We have two bathrooms, one in the suite and a social bathroom, both with central water heating and hairdryer. Bedrooms and living room with access to the balcony. Living room and bedrooms with Smart TV. Air conditioning in all rooms with high-speed Wi-Fi. Kitchen equipment available: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, Bialetti coffee maker for powder, 3-in-1 Kitchen Aid mixer, blender, toaster. Daily housekeeping available upon request. Guest access The apartment is located in the Ilha da Madeira Resort condominium, with excellent leisure facilities: two swimming pools, one of which is covered and heated, a whirlpool, dry and wet saunas, a gym, tennis courts, a sand court (beach tennis/volleyball), a playground, a multi-sport court, a games room, a kids' space and a movie theater. We have a good coffee shop and the excellent Funchal restaurants in the condominium. Also a good beauty salon and the Budha SPA. Beach service with 1 parasol and 4 chairs per apartment. Child minders available during vacation periods and some holidays. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, consumption in the restaurant or cafeteria are not included in the daily rate, to be paid by the tenant. Other things to note We offer a set of bed and bath linens for guests. Exchanges during the stay are not planned. It does not include blankets or beach/pool towels, I recommend guests bring these items. We do not accept PETs. This is a non-smoking apartment.
