Apartment w/ washer, dryer, gym, fenced yard.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located motel style apartment with attached garage . 1/2 block away from all downtown festivities. dogs are welcome to stay, there is a fenced in backyard. please have a kennel if you leave then unattended. unit is rented by the person. washer and dryer with soap in your own private building. Off street parking. you won't share the building. we have so many airbnbs. That's why it's so inexpensive. The space PLEASE READ ! the guest Suite is off the garage. it has a lounge in the garage where you can smoke (what ever you want), play pool, lift weights, or throw some beers back. air purifier is in unit. All towels, wash cloths bedding etc including blankets and comforters and pillow shams are washed between each guest in a hospital grade disinfection solution. shower curtain liner is changed between guests. There is free toiletries available for your use. There are also scooters and skateboards in the garage, free to use at the skatepark. In the backyard you have a fire pit and a barbecue you're more than welcome to hang out and use. off street boat parking available. scooters for rent kayaks for free use as long as you can get them to the river. There's no extra charge to use any of this stuff. I'm trying to stay competitive. There are a lot of overnight rentals in our town, right. I can't possibly live in both buildings. So that's why I rent the back one out. Guest access fire pits, BBQ's outside patio. fenced back yard for your dog just out the back door of your unit. New heaters and Air conditioners installed. there's two refrigerators if you need. we are one block away from every Bar and Restaurant in town. we're also one block from the historic Opera theater that puts on live plays. there are scooters and skateboards in the garage, free to use at the skatepark across the street. free use of the washer and dryer in the building. Other things to note Off street parking in the driveway off of 2nd ave. -see photos- private entrance. we're a half a block away from all three bars in town. - backyard is redone with yard games. it is fenced in for your dog to use. do not leave your dog unattended in the back yard. Please bring a kennel for your dog. I'm not strick on amount of dogs brought especially during hunting season. off street boat parking available
