Moroccan tile and appliances contrast the rustic original charm and finish of the original hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets making for a charming experience. Warning: This is not a new build. Cabinetry, doors and floors are original to the home, adding charm through imperfections and soul to the home. The home is not child proofed. Comfortably accommodates 2 adults. We consider a well behaved home trained pet for a pet fee. Guest access Guests will enjoy: - a private entrance, - covered front porch deck space, - large flat screen TV (smart TV) - a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, - two bedrooms (queen beds), - a private back deck from the main bedroom, - washer/dryer in laundry area (basement) - common wild and unkept backyard access, with random wildlife sitings ;) - street parking Other things to note Please don't be spooked: note that yard maintenance teams are scheduled to come by and maintain the lawn weekly during the season and that once a month, a meter agent (IPL) comes by and reads the electrical meter located on the back deck. PET FEE: We Love pets! We consider hosting a house trained and well behaved pet for an additional pet fee that is not included in the nightly cost.
