Home in Bend

Conveniently located between Bend and Redmond on 2.5 acres, just 10 minutes from the Redmond Airport or to downtown Bend. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors, nature and wildlife. The chickens are friendly too and when the egg supply is abundant there will be fresh eggs in the fridge to enjoy! Owner lives on-site in private half of the home. Its one large house, but set-up like a duplex. The space Ranch style house with 3 bedrooms all sharing a private living room, dining nook, full kitchen and one bathroom. Total space of rental is approximately 1500 sq. ft. Full kitchen includes 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, microwave, french press, electric water kettle, blender, toaster. Basic cooking items such skillets, pot and pans, baking dishes, large bowls and cooking utensils are provided. Drinking glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, silverware also available. BBQ available on BnB deck. A variety of hot teas, coffee, creamers, sugar, biscotti, snacks and basic spices also provided. Bedrooms each have personal wall heaters and fans. Big Screen TV in living room with Basic Cable and a Firestick. Netflix access available if you don't have your own account. Wood burning fireplace can be used year round as desired. Wood is provided. Guest access Communication is REQUIRED to use the fenced backyard areas due to dogs who live on-site and don't interact with guests. The backyard has grassy open areas, firepit with chairs, swing and a picnic table by seasonal pond (Mid-April to Mid-October). The chickens are also in the backyard in their own little area and vegetable, fruit and grain scraps can be given to them. Firepit is permitted for guest use as long as fully extinguished before leaving it unattended and there is not a fire ban in place. A bucket is provided to fill with water. Firewood is provided upon request. Plenty of parking in front yard of the house right by main entrance to BNB.
