With a fantastic location, the CLEF House is conveniently in the center of Sea Ranch, just a stone's throw from Stengel Beach & Olson Recreation Center equipped with a beautiful heated lap pool, sauna, tennis courts, sand volley ball court & half basketball court. CLEF House boasts comfortable living space with a private hot tub and views of the ocean. Chaise loungers in the private garden & outdoor furniture around the gas fire pit on the deck are your's to enjoy! A truly idyllic retreat! Every room in the CLEF House is spacious and open. The ceilings are high, and the atmosphere is clean, modern and minimal. The garden is completely fenced in for privacy and the hot-tub is open year round. It is the perfect space to find relaxation and replenishment. The entire house and private garden is available to guests. There is a fenced in driveway for parking. I do not live on the property, and when guests stay, they will have complete privacy and occupancy of the entire house. I am readily available to help with questions or problems and have assistance available locally. Located on the Ocean side of Route 1, in the center of the ranch opposite the White Barn, CLEF is optimally positioned on a beautiful, quiet, private cul-de-sac. Privacy abounds and access to the coastal bluff trail can be found just outside the house. The Olson Rec Center and Pool and Stengel Beach, Sea Ranch Library and the White Barn are all within a 1-5 minute walk from CLEF. Neighbors are quiet and kind and we expect the same from all of our guests. CLEF is located just about midway along the stretch of Sea Ranch. Though you can easily walk or bike the trails north or south, a car is recommended to get to Gualala, the town just north, and to the Sea Ranch Lodge if you are looking for restaurants or supermarkets. When we visit CELF, we usually make one trip for groceries, then leave our cars parked until we leave, as everything we need (pool, beach, biking and walking trails) is located just a few minutes out the door. The Olson Recreation Center, complete with a large, 25 meter swimming pool for laps or recreation, tennis courts, sauna and shower facilities is just a few steps from CLEF. In addition, the Bluff Trail, which runs the course of the Sea Ranch can be found just outside the house. Finally, Stengel Beach, one of the Sea Ranch's most private beaches is located 3 houses away!
