Villa Caterina offers two luxurious outbuildings with a large swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. The pool area consists of deck chairs, rocking chairs, outdoor shower and two bathrooms. Each annex has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Sports area: fitness area, pool table, ping-pong table, table soccer. The owner (husband and wife) stays in another building and guarantees the exclusive use of the areas in total privacy The space Nestled in the valley of a hill, Villa Caterina is located in a strategic area from which you can easily reach various tourist attractions by car (e.g. Mondello beach, Scopello, San Vito, historic center of Palermo). THE VILLA The swimming pool at Villa Caterina is wonderful: large and with varying depths. Perfect for indulging in a few hours of relaxation but at the same time suitable for keeping fit with a few strokes. You'll also find a fantastic outdoor hot tub. In the outdoor area you will find an area with an outdoor kitchen equipped with every comfort, where you can eat while enjoying a splendid view of the pool. Villa Caterina also has many shaded areas such as a beautiful circular gazebo where you can relax even in the hottest hours. There is Wi-Fi both inside the annexes and outside and both houses are equipped with TV with SKY, with channels for all age groups. In addition, there is a beautiful entertainment area where you will find a ping pong table, foosball and a pool table. In the same entertainment area you can also train: there are 2 treadmills, an abdominal bench, a multifunction wall tool and a punching bag. A massage service is available for a fee. Possibility of using catering services by a local chef, for a fee. GREEN DEPENDANCE The green color of the walls and furnishings characterizes the first annex of Villa Caterina, located above the relaxation/entertainment area. Inside you will find a large living room with an open kitchen equipped with all comforts. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The room is large and spacious with a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe with a classic style and a large dresser where you can arrange everything you need. The bathroom, comfortable and spacious, has a shower with stall and a large cabinet. From the living room you can access a beautiful terrace where you can have lunch or relax in the shade in comfortable armchairs. YELLOW DEPENDANCE The yellow color of the walls and furnishings characterizes the second annex of Villa Caterina, located near the pool. Inside you will find a large living room with an open kitchen equipped with all comforts, from where you can enjoy the view of the pool and hot tub. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The room has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. In the bathroom, you will find a large hot tub with shower. There is a laundry area with a sink and washing machine. In this Villa, we respect the values of diversity and inclusion. Guest access The pool, outdoor kitchen, entertainment area and areas around the pool will be for the exclusive use of guests. The entrance area and parking area will be shared.
