The space The entire leisure area (not shared) that is located in the back of my house, but with independent entrance from the garage ( included in the accommodation). It has: ROOM 1: double bed, bicama, TV smart LG 49", air-conditioned 7500 BTU, ceiling fan and ample wardrobe. BEDROOM 2: double bed, 28"TV with open channels (not smart), ceiling fans and niches. 6m private pool with high deck, shower, hydro and lighting. BALCONY: retro arcade, round sofa (chase), chairs, wall fan 60cm, rocking chair, netting, totem game (foosball) and column fan. EXTERNAL BATHROOM: private with electric shower. Pia is on the side of the door, externally. KITCHEN: kiosk type with barbecue, refrigerator, horizontal freezer, 5-burner stove, air fryer, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils. GARAGE: covered and operated by remote control. Vaga for a vehicle. A bicycle with luggage rack available to guests. It also has ample space with 2 beach chairs, a cooler and a sun umbrella available to take to the beach. Guest access Guests can enjoy the exclusive use and complete privacy of the facilities shown in the listing: The entrance is through the covered garage. From the garage, guests will have exclusive access through a gate that leads to a corridor. We provide a cooler and 2 beach chairs and a bicycle with a luggage rack. For stays longer than 3 nights, arrange a time with the host to clean the pool. Other things to note Without having to go by car, you'll find a bakery, supermarket, drugstore, beverage store and cafeterias on the same street.
