Eagle Rock Bungalow

Hi, thanks for checking out my little house in Eagle Rock. Close to Occidental and all the restaurants and bars on Colorado. Very comfy and quiet. Cal King in master bedroom, small second bedroom has a pullout memory foam mattress that's perfect for a child but can accommodate an adult. Large backyard and fenced front yard, great for dogs (outdoor only thanks). Neighbors are very quiet and everyone's respectful. Smart HD TV and Wifi. Guest access Guests have access to the main house, front yard and driveway. Back yard also available if you have pets. I don't allow outdoor fires as this is a high-risk fire zone, thanks.
