This adorable aqua bungalow is located in the Fletcher Place Neighborhood just steps from some of the best restaurants, sporting events & concert venues in Indianapolis. This home has a lot of modern touches! Attention to detail has been given to ensure a comfortable & enjoyable stay. We want it to be your "home away from home" while you're in Indy! There's so much to do within walking distance. We allow 1 smaller sized dog for a fee. Need anything? Just ask! We're right next door. The space The home features 2 bedrooms with super comfy beds and linens. The kitchen is nicely appointed with all the basics for making full meals... just add groceries! There's a big, fully fenced backyard for Fido and a quaint front porch for relaxing with your favorite beverage. For the business traveler, a desk is provided along with Wifi so you can work AND play! 1 smaller sized dog allowed (for an additional fee, see "other details to note" for more information on dog rules). Guest access There's ample free street parking right in front of the home. Other things to note Dog Notes: We do love a well behaved dog! **Maximum of 1 dog only (NO exceptions)- small to medium size, are allowed. *No cats, please (although we love them, too). There is an additional $75 pet fee charged for up to 3 nights. *Longer pet stays will incur an additional $25/per night fee (which we will send a request for after your stay). Kindly add that you will be bringing a pet by selecting that option in the drop down "guest" menu when you book. Food dish & water bowl will be waiting! If you plan to bring a dog please do not leave them unattended in the home or yard. If you plan to leave for an extended period, please crate your pooch.
