A double volume spacious house with a large garden surrounded by forest and mountains. It is ideal for 2 small families at it has two larger ensuite rooms with two kids rooms each with two beds. Home to an active family with kids , this space is well loved and lived in. It has a large garden to explore and a large pool. Situated in a security patrolled estate with mountain walks on our doorstep. 10 minutes to hout bay beach. Love. The space Ideal for two couples with kids or a family of 8. The house is open plan and comfortable furnishings The rooms are large and spacious. The garden is full of spaces for kids to explore or teens to chill. A treehouse and jungle gym and natural climbing rocks there is a formal grassed area as well as a rustic forest area away from the house. The pool is decked and has a net if youngsters can't swim. Bokkemanskloof is a safe and comfortable neighborhood patrolled with car and foot patrol 24/7. The house has armed response alarm unit and we have had no security breeches in the years we have been living here. The roads are ideal to ride bikes and skateboards and often populated with the families living here who socialise as they enjoy the out door activities. There is a play park 150 meters away and many short marked trails that loop around the whole estate. Visit (website hidden). The house is over 20 years old and recently renovated. Guest access We will arrange a suitable key drop and short briefing at your convenience. Other things to note We have 2 teenagers who have grown up here and we can leave bikes, boogie boards, surfboard and skate boards to use by arrangement. Walk straight on to tablemountain national park from the front door and access the hundreds of well walked trails detailed in most cape hiking books. There is a dirt road 10 minutes away. ideal for of road riding with the kids.
