We are in the no wake zone. You can be at the floating dock where you can tie up your boat or your rental pontoon in about a minute. Plus you are minutes from Publix, the Zoo, the State Capital and great places to eat. 6 Kayaks and a Row Boat with Oars The space This is not a fancy house but it is comfortable, clean and convenient to Chapin and Columbia. Carpet has been removed to reduce allergens The bedrooms are small but the Den and living area is spacious and just a sliding glass door to the deck and to the water. The full baths are both on the hall and not connected directly to any bedroom so there will not be a fuss about who gets what bedroom except one bedroom has 4 double bunk beds instead of one queen. Please look at the photos so your expectations will be met. This room would be crowded for 4 adult couples for sure. Guest access As your host i will meet you when i can but you will be given an access code prior to your arrival so that you can make yourself at home as soon as you arrive. We have new uncarpeted floors and floors are cleaned after every stay and filters are changed quarterly or more if necessary.
