Our spacious apartment is located in a quiet and green area of Kraków 🌿🌼 It’s the perfect place to relax after a day full of adventures 🌇 Right next door is one of the city’s most charming parks, ideal for rest and relaxation 🍃 The apartment offers comfort, tranquility, and a cozy atmosphere 🛋️, while being conveniently well-connected to the city. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building next to Kraków Park, close to Błonia — the green lungs of Kraków 🍃. It’s an ideal place for those who want to catch their breath in this beautiful city or are traveling with children 👶 and want to be near recreational walking areas, playgrounds, and the Old Town. If you have any questions about the amenities, please don’t hesitate to contact me! 😊 Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. 🏡 🕑 Check-in: 16:00 - 20:00 🕙 Check-out: until 12:00PM If you need to check in or out at a different time, we’ll be happy to arrange it whenever possible (as long as there are no other bookings or guests arriving/departing earlier or later). Just let us know! 😊 🌙 Late check-in after 20:00 comes with an additional fee of 100 PLN or 25€, which is a tip for the team member assisting you outside of working hours. 💙 Other things to note We are at your disposal before your arrival and throughout your stay. 😊 While we don’t have a physical reception on-site, you can always contact us via Airbnb or by phone. We live in Kraków, so we’ll do our best to make your stay 100% comfortable! ✨ Special requests? Let us know in advance, and we’ll try to accommodate them. As locals, we can’t wait to share our best tips to make your trip smooth and enjoyable. 😊 📄 According to our listing and applicable regulations, all guests are required to provide a valid ID and complete a registration form prior to arrival. Without completing the form (which will be sent via a secure link through the platform), we are unable to officially register your stay or provide the access codes to the apartment. This procedure ensures the safety of our guests and the property. Your personal information is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification. It is never used in a way that compromises your privacy and is accessible only to the secure registration system we use. All check-in instructions and access codes are sent only after the form has been completed. In case the form is not submitted, a personal meeting with one of our staff members will be required at a pre-arranged time to verify your ID. 🛂 On the day of your arrival, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, we will provide detailed self-check-in instructions. Please note: receiving this information requires prior completion of the registration form. ⏰ We kindly ask you to check out on time on the day of departure. A late check-out fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR per each started hour will apply if check-out is delayed. 🧳 As hosts, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the apartment. Please make sure the door is securely locked each time you leave the apartment. In case of lost keys, guests will be charged for the replacement of the entire lock. 🚭 For the comfort of all our guests and in line with safety regulations, smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of 400 PLN will be charged. 🐕 Pets are welcome, but an additional fee applies for their stay. Please contact us before arrival to confirm the details. 🧻 Please note that basic supplies such as toilet paper, laundry capsules, and dishwasher tablets are provided only at the start of your stay. If you need more during your visit, we kindly ask you to purchase them on your own. ❗ In the event that the keys to the apartment are lost by the Guest, the Guest will be charged the full cost of replacing the lock and providing a new set of keys. The total amount will be determined based on the actual cost of locksmith services and lock replacement.
