The apartment AM WEINBERG is quietly located, on the edge of the wine village of Pfaffenweiler, surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful Schneckental. With 119 m² and a large open 54 m² living and dining room, everyone will find a place to feel good. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous lakes & thermal baths that invite you to swim, Kaiserstuhl and the Black Forest for hiking & cycling (very good network of bike paths!). France (25 km), Switzerland (65 km) & Freiburg (7 km) & Europa-Park (40 km/30 min.) The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a 2-family house, completed in 2021. The spacious and open living/kitchen/dining room with 54 m² offers all the luxury you could wish for. A comfortable couch invites you to linger, overlooking nature. Here you can relax. In the newly installed high-quality kitchen, cooking with modern appliances will be really fun and the result can then be eaten right next door in the beautiful dining area, with an extendable table. Romantic or brightly lit, everything is possible. 1. Bedroom with double bed (2 × 90 × 200) and large wardrobe 2nd bedroom can be used as a bedroom or office or living room, with foldaway bed (140 x 200), sofa bed (150 x 200). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, bathtub and double sink. A large storage and pantry room, as well as a guest toilet (including urinal, children's toilet seat and potty) is also located in the apartment and underfloor heating for the cold season. Garden for exclusive use with barbecue facilities (fire pit), sun loungers, parasols, dining table & a cozy lounge. CHILDREN are welcome! There are many toys for indoors and outdoors, a travel bed for the little ones, changing mat, 2 children TrippTrapp chairs & children's toilet seat, as well as potties. Since the apartment is at the end of a dead end road, you can also play well on the street or outdoors. Particularly popular here is the outdoor shower or a water hose, ideal for a fun water fight. For the little ones, there is an inflatable paddling pool. Quiet neighborhood, free parking spaces & numerous playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. Freiburg is 7 km away & can be reached by public transport. The nearest bus stop is about a 3-minute walk. Freiburg can be reached by bike from Pfaffenweiler in about 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find some restaurants, a bakery, a car repair shop & a supermarket. Numerous playgrounds for children, a senior playground, fitness trail and beautiful forest playground with barbecue area can be reached quickly. Europapark Rust & Wasserwelt Rulantica are easily reached in about 20 minutes by highway. Other attractions in the region are the Steinwasenpark with a summer toboggan run and animals, the Tatzmania animal park in Löffingen, Mundenhof a beautiful open animal park in Freiburg, a fun pool in Titisee-Neustadt, Kindergalaxie and planetarium in Freiburg. Bobsleigh run in Todtnau. Thermal baths in Freiburg, Bad Krozingen, Bad Bellingen & Badenweiler. Great wine festivals in Pfaffenweiler & in the region. Guest access 2 parking spaces (free of charge) at the end of Winzerstr. For the navigation system, enter Winzerstr. 15, 79292 Pfaffenweiler. Direct & ground-level access to the first-floor apartment. Parking is also free of charge on Winzerstr. Other things to note We are happy to be there for our guests if they wish. On request, a wine tasting can be arranged (the winemaker lives in the house) and a cellar tour in the Pfaffenweiler wine house. Transport service (max 4 people) by arrangement; e.g. pick-up from Basel airport or Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, train station. Bike rental in Freiburg or Ihringen Smoking is not allowed in the apartment by the vineyard. You are welcome to smoke in the outdoor area & in front of the front door. An ashtray is available. In order to allow allergy sufferers to stay in our beautiful apartment, animals are not allowed.
