Enjoy your own private family oasis, our lake home is only 1 mile to local beaches & around 5 Miles to Guadalupe River Tubing. Our beautifully appointed home is a perfect place to unwind & enjoy a fun vacation. Deer corn is provided for kids to feed the deer that frequent our yard. Our NEW home is furnished with modern furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Our location on the north side of the lake is close to groceries, hiking, marinas, restaurants and convenience stores. The space Beautiful valley views await you! You and your family will enjoy watching the sunset on our large deck, built around a beautiful live oak tree. Deer frequently cross the yard - it’s a truly peaceful spot. Relax with morning coffee and watch the wildlife. This is a newly built three bedroom and two bath home. We have furnished our cottage with high end furniture to make your escape a relaxing break. Up to two Pups are welcome. Our yard is open to the wilderness with no fences so you can enjoy watching the deer wander through the trees. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to cook meals. We also provide Coffee pods, creamer, tea, sugar, oatmeal and popcorn to get you started on a nice stay. The home is single level but please note it does have a few steps up to the front door. We have a grill, fire pit along with deer corn that you can sprinkle out back. Kids and parents love it! Guest access Our home is located in the Tamarack Shores neighborhood and is close to many great things the Canyon Lake area has to offer. It’s is one mile from the Hancock Equestrian and 7 mile hiking trail with direct beach access. The Marina is just a couple miles down the road along with a Brookshire Brothers Grocery store. The Guadalupe River and Tubing is just down the road as well! We will provide our guest book link a few days before your stay so you can scout out the area. We are also more than happy to provide further information, just ask! Other things to note This is a lovely spot and we find it a fun place to unwind. The deck is great in the evenings with wind chimes in the trees and you can enjoy the fire pit out back while you make s’mores! We have deer corn provided - if you sprinkle some out the Deer will frequent the yard during your stay! This is a country setting, in addition to deer you may see or hear foxes, raccoons, squirrels, birds, other dogs, a neighbors kitty cats, coyotes, chickens, and roosters :) Our family loves seeing all the wildlife here - it’s very different from our city life! Parking Our home is up above the street but there is a drive with space for two-three cars to park at the top adjacent to the front of the house. Please note the driveway has nine feet wide paving and gravel to one side, some folks find it narrow. At street level we have a drive through driveway perfect for boat trailers as well as additional off-street parking for four more vehicles.
