With it’s many facilities and idyllic location, surrounded by a forest, a river and a stream, Fethy’s House offers and ideal oasis for anyone looking for a vacation away from the city crowds and everyday hustle and bustle. The space Fethy’s house offers peace, fresh forest air, beautiful views and many relaxed and happy moments, as witnessed by all who have stayed there. It can sleep up to 7 people (with the possibility of extra beds). The house is entered through a tavern equipped with a small kitchen. The tavern is ideal for evening socializing and morning coffee because it is separated from the rest of the house and provides peace to those who want to sleep earlier or longer. A staircase leads to the middle floor, which is the pride of our holiday home: a beautiful open space with wooden beams that give the house a rustic look and warmth. The middle floor consists of a bathroom, a large living room with two sofas that can be used as beds, and a kitchen and dining room. The living room has a modern steel fireplace that provides a special atmosphere on cold winter days. We are especially proud of the handmade dining table, which seats up to 12 people. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the upper bathroom, guests can use a washing machine and dryer with standard equipment. Fethy’s house was completely renovated in 2021 and equipped to suit the tastes of hedonists, with everything you need. Artistic paintings of Gorski Kotar add additional charm to the interior. We would suggest that perhaps the greatest appeal of the house is the outdoor space. In the yard there is a large barbecue and covered terrace for dining and socializing. In the warmer months you can enjoy the spacious balcony, equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs, where you can sip morning coffee overlooking the Kupa Valley. The house also has a small balcony leading to the bedrooms which offers beautiful views. There is parking for up to five cars on the property. Through the lower part of the land runs a small stream, whose murmur provides an exceptional experience throughout the year. On warmer days, you can refresh yourself in the Kupa river, or use the outdoor solar shower located next to the house. Guest access The whole house
