It is ideal for guests looking for privacy, space, and a genuine mountain atmosphere – combined with comfort and thoughtful details. The Kupa River is just a 3-minute walk away, and forest trails begin directly from the property. The House The house offers 5 beds across three bedrooms (2 double beds and 3 single beds). Additional sleeping options are available in the living room (sofas with integrated mattresses), and a baby cot can be provided upon request free of charge. You enter through a separate tavern-style space with a small kitchen – perfect for evening gatherings or early coffee without disturbing others. The main floor features: • a spacious living room with two sofas • a fully equipped kitchen • a dining area with a handmade wooden table for up to 12 guests • one bathroom A modern cast-iron stove provides warmth and atmosphere during colder months. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a second bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are available, making the house suitable for longer stays. The house was fully renovated in 2021 and carefully designed with attention to quality and comfort. What Makes the Difference We believe a true holiday should begin without worrying about small necessities. Guests are provided with: • sufficient toilet paper • dishwasher and laundry tablets • coffee, sugar, salt, and basic spices Firewood and kindling are available year-round – for the stove in winter and for the barbecue in summer. Mosquito repellents are provided during warmer months. Upon arrival, you will find a small welcome treat – drinks and something sweet for adults and children. There is no need to rush to the store on your first day. Outdoor Area The private yard overlooking the Kupa valley is one of the highlights of the property. It includes: • a large built-in barbecue • a covered outdoor dining terrace • a balcony with loungers • a smaller balcony next to the bedrooms with the best view of the house Private on-site parking is available for several vehicles. Here, the day starts in silence and ends with the sound of the river and the scent of the forest. Guest access The entire house Other things to note The house is in a natural environment in the valley of the Kupa, surrounded by forest and meadows, which guarantees peace and privacy. The property is not fenced and is located right on the edge of the forest, so occasional encounters with wild animals (e.g. deer or foxes) are possible – part of the authentic nature experience. We ask our guests to respect the house, the neighbors and the surrounding nature. The house is not suitable for parties or larger celebrations.
