Excellent Wifi(Fast) service, checked by the app. PET FRIENDLY The space Recently completed 3-story building(NO ELEVATOR), the apartment is located on the third floor, a room with a double bed, living room, dining room and 1 full bathroom, spacious and cozy rooms located in the city of Las Canteras, 8 minutes from the historic center of Oaxaca. Guest access Ixcotel is a neighborhood that has all the services, paved streets, the largest avenues and has a local market, a shopping mall less than 5 minutes away, a park (las quarries), the best known and most visited bike lane, banks and more! Other things to note The parking space is FREE only SMALL-COMPACT vehicles, we have 3 spaces available for the entire building so the space is reduced, you must request it before making your reservation as well as the signs must be respected so that other cars can enter (manual door NOT electric). The hot water is supplied with a solar heater so on cloudy days or in case it does not come out hot enough you can request that the pass heater (gas) be activated, the heaters are on the roof of the building so sometimes it is turned off, video is shared so that in cases where they do not have hot water they make the corresponding ignition. The building does NOT have an elevator. Remember that there are common areas: terrace, parking, laundry centers, corridors and stairs.
