The Seminole Station - Historic 1925 Craftsman

This quaint house has a mix of beautifully preserved historic features and modern finishes, unique interior spaces, and a full fenced yard. Close proximity to downtown Fort Myers! The space The property was a former lumber yard that catered to the railroad directly behind it. Our neighborhood is quiet and our neighbors are all super friendly. This has been our personal home for 10+ years. Our style is very eclectic and minimalistic. The space is decorated with vintage pieces and also has modern amenities. You can enjoy high speed internet, TV, and our spacious backyard. Guest access Parking is available in the front and back of property. We have a covered carport where you can fit a compact vehicle or small truck. If you have an RV or boat, we have parking available in the rear of the property. Other things to note Keep in mind, we do have the Seminole Gulf Railway behind us. The dinner train comes around 7:00 PM and returns at 9:00 PM. We do have a freight train that comes occasionally too, we do not have this schedule. We personally do not mind this. If you do, please do not book our property. We also have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests and for our property. The cameras face the street and are motion detected.
