The studio is well equiped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, convection microwave & dishwasher. The bathroom equipped with essential toiletries, A very comfy queen bed, leather sofas & large TV. Plantation Shutters open to a small leafy courtyard to relax & Enjoy! Laundry available. The space We are situated in a rear property making the studio very private and quiet, we are close to Canning Highway & public transport, the location is perfect for commuting into Fremantle, the beaches, the Swan River, or Perth City and the surrounding area. Guest access The studio is a self contained dwelling with it's own entrance and courtyard. There is a laundry with washer, dryer & detergents which you can access on request. Other things to note We are a rear property, second driveway to the left on Dalgety Street off Canning Highway. We cannot offer Parking on our property, only roadside parking is available at the moment. there is a ‘No parking’ sign directly outside our property which is difficult to see, however just 5 or 10meters up the road is always available parking space. You are welcome to drive up our driveway to drop your luggage off. Use the gate & key code we will provide you with prior to your arrival. Come up the driveway of our property and you will see the Studio directly to the right behind the Antique Japanese Barn door, situated directly behind our carport.
