Tiny house with historic charm to feel like home!

Welcome to the small "Pfälzer Hexenhäuschen" in beautiful Edesheim. I found the little cottage in 2021 after it had not been looked after for many years and stood empty. With a lot of love, sweat and hard work, I brought it back to life. The Pfälzer Hexenhäuschen, as we lovingly christened it during the renovation, has few straight walls, is crooked and barely there and has a history dating back to 1589 - a real feel-good place - hopefully for you too! The space With 35 sqm of living space, the house is already considered a "Tiny House" and yet it offers everything needed for a good time in the Southern Palatinate. A small hallway with wardrobe, the shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with counter and seating, and a small but cosy living room are housed in the original main house. The addition houses the bedroom, which is open except for the beams in the roof and offers a cosy retreat. Unfortunately, the cottage has no garden or balcony - but the vineyards are just around the corner! Guest access Unfortunately, the "Pfälzer Hexenhäuschen" does not have its own parking lot. Nevertheless, the street offers enough parking spaces. Within walking distance of 5 - 20m there are always enough free parking spaces on the street - without time restrictions. The cottage is located on a normal, busy road and has a bus stop right outside the door - unfortunately you have to expect a little traffic noise, depending on the time of day. However, the vineyards are only a few steps away. All stores for daily needs, Edeka, gas station, butcher and bakery are available within a radius of 1.5 km. Other things to note Please note that the small house is not barrier-free. The entrance has two steps and there is a fairly high step into the bedroom. If you have any concerns about your mobility, please write me a message and we will try to find a solution together. Otherwise, you should be aware that the house is a little crooked due to its age, we hardly have any straight walls, the ceilings are a little low in some places and despite new windows, the sound insulation from the street is only mediocre. The cottage is a really nice place to feel at home and has been renovated with great attention to detail, but is still not up to new-build standards.
