The room has its own entrance to come and go freely and a private south facing garden with beautiful views towards Paignton and Brixham Harbour. The entrance to the property and garden is not shared. Garden seating is provided. The property is situated at the top of a residential cul de sac with no passing traffic. It is a very quiet setting to sit in the garden and relax. The space There is a kingsize bed, smart Tv, Free wifi and tea & coffee making facilities. Adjoing the room is an ensuite shower room and separate toilet. There are no cooking facilities available but you can bring food/takeaways into the property. There is a table and 2 chairs in the room with cutlery and plates for use. There is also a fridge for milk, drinks and snacks. All bed linen is professionally cleaned. You will have use of the south facing garden situated just outside the rooms where there is a seating area to enjoy the views of Paignton, Brixham and the Bay. The property is situated at the top of hill and has a number of steps leading in to the property so may not be suitable for some of our guests. Please message us if you require any further information on access, we are happy to help in anyway we can. Guest access There is onsite parking located at the front of the property. We are located 5 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop and 5 minutes drive from the nearest Train Station in Paignton. Torquay Train Station is also a short drive away. You can walk to local towns and beaches but because we have such beautiful views the return journey is up hill but the walk to Torquay has stunning views and is down hill all the way! You can also walk to Preston beach or Paignton beach and the town centre is approx 20 minutes walk. By car everything is within easy distance. During your stay We are available via mobile phone anytime that you need assistance or have any queries or just want to know some general local information, we will respond as soon as we can. We are friendly and more than happy to interact with our guests but also we are happy to give our guests space and quiet. We let the guests decide. Other things to note We are ideally situated to explore some of south Devon's most beautiful beaches and towns or to take a drive in to scenic Dartmoor. We are 25 minutes drive from Exeter City Centre. We are within easy distance of visiting Dartmouth, Salcombe and the beautiful beaches along the South Devon Coast, including Blackpool Sands, Slapton Sands & if you are searching for something quieter Beesands. Not forgetting our local beaches along Torquay, Preston & Paignton. Devon has something to offer everyone from the very young to the not so very young. In all weathers, there is something new to discover and some stunning coastal walks even if the sun is not shining, the coastline is always beautiful. Bring your boots and explore stunning Dartmoor. Bring wetsuits and swim in the sea all year round .. if you are brave enough. The stunning South Devon Coastal walks are only a short drive away. The bay boasts some of the most beautiful coastline in Devon. We cant guarantee the sun but we can guarantee some stunning scenery.
