The house is located in an APA (environmental protection area), in Praia do Estaleiro. You will be just minutes from Unipraias Park - one of the city's main tourist attractions, near Laranjeiras Beach, and the center of Balneário Camboriú, in one of the most beautiful regions of Santa Catarina. Estaleiro Beach is one of the only beaches in Brazil certified with the 'Blue Flag' seal, an international certification given only to beaches with crystal-clear waters, lifeguard safety, secure access and bathrooms. Guest access All access is automated through an electronic key and I will be available at all times to answer any questions about the property and its operation. Keys are handed over upon arrival at the house at the scheduled time. Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m. Other things to note This is a family-friendly place. The rules of the condominium and good coexistence must be respected. - No loud music/sound allowed at ANY time of day. - Visitors are not allowed under any circumstances. - Smoking is not allowed in or around the house. - Towels may not be hung on the balconies.
