Cozy house close to Rennes and the sea

Enjoy this spacious house located close to Rennes and cultural/sports sites (Brocéliande forest, Stade rennais). This small town is quiet and has all the amenities. Access to Rennes: 8 min by car, 15 min by bike on small marked paths. Fast and varied access to the sea: Saint-Malo (55 min), Vannes 1h10, as well as the first beaches of Morbihan, pink granite coast 2h from the house. A very discreet cat will need to be fed during your stay. The space On the first floor: A master bedroom with shower and dressing room. A large living room with kitchen, living room and dining room. Separate toilet. A raised terrace above the garden, facing west. On the upper floor: 3 bedrooms (one of which serves as an office), a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, and separate toilet. On the ground floor: A garage with garden access. A laundry room with washing machine. Guest access Private parking space on the side of the house. You will also find plenty of parking spaces in front of the house, and all along the avenue. One spot in the garage, but the ceiling is quite low (less than 2 meters high). Other things to note A very discreet cat will need to be fed during your stay. Kibble, petting and independent walks in the garden are enough to make him happy. He has no access to the street side, only to the garden. He sleeps in the garage with no possibility of bothering you at night. He will carefully avoid children, and will not approach them.
