The house borders the Yuzhnye Kultury park and is located in a unique secluded place. On the one hand, it is very quiet and green, and on the other hand, there are two beaches within walking distance: - towards Adler, the embankment and Mandarin beach, Chaika beach, shops and many cafes and restaurants; - towards Sirius - the seaport and Imeretinskaya embankment with equipped beaches, Olympic Park (Fisht Stadium, Singing Fountain, Ice Arena), Sochi Park amusement park Guest access The apartment has two isolated bedrooms and a living room. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. If you wish, the beds can be moved close to each other. There is also a TV. The living room has a fold-out sofa, dining table and bar table by the window with a beautiful view of the sea, park and mountains. Air conditioning and TV are installed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook: dishes and cutlery, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine. Welcome coffee will definitely be a gift 🎁 There is a hairdryer and a washing machine in the bathroom. There are two large wardrobes in the hallway, a laundry dryer, an iron and an ironing board. All rooms have warm electric floors, which can be turned on in the cold season. For the safety of children, locks are installed on the windows, while all windows can be opened up for ventilation, but cannot be opened completely. If you are traveling without children, you can unlock the lock with a key (located in the apartment) and open the window completely. Other things to note We ask guests to take out the garbage from the apartment. Garbage bags are always in the apartment, and garbage cans are located behind the house (after the parking lot).
