The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Oct-Mar + Midweek availability message me first please The space Next door to Little Greatfield cottage. A beautiful modern open plan villa, in a most beautiful situation. Japanese style architectural features. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room and a Super King sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed and a full height, full glass conservatory with views of the formal gardens. Each room has individual access to , and full height views of the Japanese Water Garden to which the guests have sole access and use during your stay. The water garden has fountains and spectacular night lights. The kitchen area and lounge are ideal for 6 people or less. 8 people can be accommodated in good weather using the outside dining areas. However this is a bit of a squeeze indoors. The Bulthaup kitchen is blessed with Gaggenau fridge/freezer, hob, and combi oven/ microwave, and a Miele dishwasher. A gas BBQ can be used as a larger oven if required. There is a smart TV and a Sonos music system. Guest access The self contained 4 bedroomed villa with private parking for 4 cars, is behind security gates. A guided walk around the beautiful 10 acre garden can be requested with Andrew. Full tour takes on average 90 mins. A lawn with reclining sunbeds, picnic bench and BBQs is shared with Little Greatfield and is on the opposite side of the cobbled driveway. The Japanese water garden, boardwalk and terrace, with table, 6 chairs and sun shade umbrella, is a wonderful tranquil place and for the sole use of guests in the Garden Wing. There is a beautiful landscaped path through the garden, which leads to 2 electronic 5 bar gates, with remote control operation, and access to the road .... and near our quaint riverside village, ( the historical maritime village of Bucklers Hard ). From 5-10 minutes walk depending on your speed. Other things to note Surrounding beautiful gardens, courtyards and paths. Guided entry with Andrew can be requested. The Japanese garden, pond, fountains and terrace are visible from each room. Children will need strict accompaniment to be safe in this area.
