The fire pit and the hot tub increase the enjoyment the evenings under the stars. If you want to leave, Aztec is 10 minutes or Durango only 30. Tico Time is 10 minutes. House is stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, a pancake breakfast, wifi, cozy couch and loveseat, smart TV, queen bed, full bed and peaceful surroundings! The space 10 minutes to Aztec, 10 minutes to Tico Time, 25 minutes to Farmington and 30 minutes to Durango. Aztec Ruins, Chaco canyon and Mesa Verde are all close by. Navajo Lake, Farmington lake and the Animas River are within reach. Non smoking Guest access Home is located on large parcel of land. A neighboring Airbnb is in the back of the house, but doesn’t take away from the pleasure of the stay. From the front porch enjoy a beautiful view, collect rocks from the hillside, or stroll amount the piñon and cedar trees. Other things to note No Smoking indoors. We dust regularly, but with the afternoon gusts there is a great chance that dust will occur between cleanings. We have a wonderful rural setting. The evenings are great and the bugs love them too. We spray and provide bug traps. Occasionally some get inside. If you like country, this is for you.
