The space Modern retreat in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Central Austin. This 2,400 square foot home features a gated private yard and outdoor patios in the front and back of the property. The interior is decked out in midcentury modern decor, it is equipped with luxuries amenities, and the home is wired for media inside and out. Space is plentiful in the chef's kitchen which is furbished with top of the line appliances and stainless steel throughout. Lastly, the open floor plan provides for tons of natural light, the beds are all new and ultra comfortable, and the entire home is beautiful and spacious. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire premises except for the detached garage which is excluded. Property includes 3 dedicated parking spaces & is surrounded by a privacy fence.. Other things to note *Guests must be over the age of 12 who will be occupants of the unit during the entire reserved period. House is not a good fit for children. *No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. *No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties. * No smoking is allowed in or around any property. Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us keep the space tidy by taking out the trash, starting to wash the towels, and running the dishwasher. If excessive wear and tear is found If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
