Parking for up to 4 cars available on-site with an EV charging point. The Master bedroom is beautifully appointed, with double patio doors leading to a private decking area which enjoys the late afternoon sun. This room has a brand new super-king bed, air-conditioning, a built in double wardrobe with drawers and hanging space and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with high end fittings, a large walk in shower, hand basin with mirrored cabinet and heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has the benefit of a luxury en-suite bathroom with full size walk in shower, basin, large mirror, heated towel rail and WC. This bedroom has a new King size bed and a built in double wardrobe with drawers and hanging space. Bedroom three is equipped two adjacent single beds with a further single bed above. This top single bunk is really only suitable for a child or small adult. See pictures. Whilst all the singles in this room are full size, one has the steps above so also may not be suitable for an adult. Another fitted double wardrobe is supplied along with additional drawers. This bedroom sits opposite the family bathroom. From September 2025 Bedroom 3 will have two zip and link single beds. The family bathroom has a bath, over-bath full shower, hand basin with mirrored bathroom cabinet, WC and heated towel rail. Ideal for smaller children for whom a shower isn’t always the easiest option. The bright and spacious hallway leads directly into the main living area. The hall cupboard houses the washing machine so that it does not disturb you when watching TV or enjoying a meal.
