A recently completed full renovation of the home has added many contemporary finishes while still ensuring the integrity of the original architecture remains intact. This main level apartment features a private entrance, living room, fully furnished kitchen, one full bathroom, one bedroom, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The home is walking distance to Herring Run Park, a 3 minute drive to Morgan State University, and a 14 car ride to the Inner Harbor, Fells Point and downtown area. There is a parking pad on the property with a enough space for 2-3 cars. There is also free street parking available immediately in front of the home. Guest access You will have full access to all areas within the apartment as well as access to the on site parking pad and rear deck. Early luggage drop off is also permitted.
