Cute little 900 square foot house with a partially fenced in front and back yard. Full bedroom with walk-in closet downstairs and queen bed in loft. Nice back deck with bbq, table, chairs and fire pit overlooking the river. River access in backyard. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave/toaster/coffeemaker. Guest access Parking for 4 cars in front.
