A haven of peace with a pool and tennis

Looking for a quiet, lovely and comfortable place, or spend a few days or more, with your family, with your friends, or to organize seminars? Located in Burgundy 60km from Auxerre, 30km from Chablis, 1 hour from Paris by TGV (Montbard train station), the Domaine de Sèche-Bouteille welcomes you in the middle of 100 hectares of private forest. 8 rooms (or more...), decorated with care and each with its bathroom, are at your disposal. You will have access to tennis, pool, bikes etc. The space Domaine de Sèche-Bouteille is located in the heart of Burgundy, not far from famous vineyards, Morvan lakes, and close to the Burgundy Canal and fascinating historical sites: castles, abbeys, priories and other medieval villages. There are many activities in Sèche-Bouteille: tennis, swimming pool (mid May to end of September), badminton, foosball, but also social games, piano, pétanque and forest walks. The Domaine has a large number of forest paths, some of which are specifically designed for mountain biking. For this purpose, 4 to 6 bikes are at your disposal (and more if needed). A large fully equipped 50 m2 kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room or in one of the many outdoor areas: in the courtyard, in the shade of the large lime tree, or by the pool. The Sèche-Bouteille rooms are very comfortable, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Their names evoke original decor: Tilleul, Belle Époque, Cornouiller, Pouchkine, etc. 2 baby cribs are available. If needed, we can provide toys and games for children. The bedrooms are distributed in the first body of buildings, the Grande Maison which includes 8 bedrooms totaling 15 beds, a library, an office room, a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen. 8 additional bedrooms are possibly available in the second building, the Longère (ask us) The price includes the rental of the Grande Maison and its 8 bedrooms, the provision of the entire Domaine and the guarantee that there will be no other visitors during your stay (exclusivity of the Domaine). Guest access GPS : N 47.39.57 E 04.10.13 Access to the Domaine is by a path that starts from the D956, 2 km after the village of Etivey, in the direction of Aisy-sur-Armançon and Montbard. A parking area for at least 12 vehicles is available in the immediate vicinity of the house. Other things to note Minimum stay is 3 nights. The pool is available from mid-May to September (approx.).
