Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, banks, SJC, Hacker and Cupertino Main St. This guest suite occupies the entire second floor with private entrance and smart lock. The space This guest suite is on the second floor. After getting access via private entrance with smart lock, you will need to get on the second floor by stairs. - Two bedrooms include queen size beds with top quality mattress, closets with hangers and storage, a desk, and executive chair. - Bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. - Kitchenette comes with microwave, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, and toaster. Please feel free to use anything in the kitchenette, we also provide tea leaves, and coffee. - Living room: TV with Netflix, and HDMI adapter. Sofa bed is also available. - Parking: street parking is available. - Workspace: desks, chairs, high-speed internet are available. Please notify if you need to use monitors and printer. Guest access The entire guest suite. Other things to note All mattress, linens and towels are new or newer. Mattress are always covered with protectors. All things will be cleaned between each tenant. Guests understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. There are NO cameras inside the house.
