Villa Naguabo is on an impressive hill overlooking a lively boardwalk with bars and restaurants. The space (Español abajo) There is one main bedroom on the main floor that sleeps 4, one queen bed and 2 twins, with air conditioning. There is one private lofted area with a queen bed and air conditioning. Please note, you must climb a ladder to access it. We ask not to let children or elderly to climb the ladder without supervision. You will drive up a steep hill (Calle 8) and then turn left onto Calle 12 (your second left) which is a flat road. There are two parking spaces. The first is right past the house behind the white gate. You may also parallel park on the tile in front of the house if you have a second car. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, coffee maker, toaster and small fridge. The main living area does not have A/C but the overhead fan keeps the fresh air moving nicely. Note: The main room is screened in but sometimes mosquitos still find their way in. We provide a zapper for you to use if they are bothering you. The shower has an instant hot water heater. The water does not get scalding hot but it is comfortably warm. Due to being on such a large hill the water pressure can occasionally get low. _______________________________ One room on the main floor has a queen bed and two single beds. There is also a private loft area that has a queen size bed. Keep in mind that anyone who uses the attic must climb a staircase to access it. We ask not to allow children or the elderly to go up and down the staircase unsupervised. You drive down a large hill to get to the house or then turn on a flat road. From there there is space to park a car easily. There is room for two cars if necessary, the second place is not so easy to access. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, coffee maker, toaster and a small fridge. All sleeping spaces have air conditioning, the main room does not have, but it is nice with the ceiling fan running. Note: The main room is unprotected. There are not many mosquitoes but they are around. Keeping the fan high helps. The shower has an instant hot water heater. It's not the warmest water in the world, but warm.
