You will be able to BBQ out on the side deck . Have a boat? There is a covered dock for you to keep the boat in the back yard. DEEP WATER!! There are two bedrooms on the main level with the Master bedroom with a king bed in the loft area. The open loft area also has a single pull out chair/twin sized. The space Both bedrooms on the main level have Queen beds. Guest access This property is on a well with a filtration system. It is not on a public water system. The whole house is available to guest. Laundry is located in the terrace level which is mostly unfinished. Other things to note Occupancy Rates Based On Up To 4 Persons EXTRA PERSONS: $10/per person /per night MINIMUM: 2 night stay HOLIDAYS REQUIRE: 3 Night Minimum or more.
