This can be found at the EMP museum, Argosy boat, Pike Place Market or any other tourist attraction. Wi-Fi high speed internet, with antivirus protection, cable, TV, Netflix, and FREE street parking. You can watch TV all night in your room, just need to turn the volume down after 10:30 PM. You can watch TV in the family room until 10:30 PM , The TV size is 60 inches with 3D and will provide you with the special glasses to enjoy the effect of the movies. Your room will be well detail implemented with everything you need to survive like in small suite, you will find your dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, refrigerator, microwave oven, iron board, clock radio, flat TV,DVD player with movies available to watch or use Netflix. napkins, paper towels, cutting board, and peri knife, I will make sure you are comfortable and safe during your stay at Flor's Place. Dirty dishes, every day any dishes you use can be place on the tray or basin and put it right outside of) your room and I will be promptly clean them or replaced them with clean dishes. Laundry is included with washer, dryer and detergent suppli es, there is small iron board in your room, and large iron board in the bathroom, also there is an iron available. You are also welcome to be around the house, feel comfortable like you were in your own home and use the kitchen, the utensils, pot and pans, seasonings and/ or BBQ on gas or charcoal at no extra coast. The bathroom is well implemented and supplied with different types of shampoos, soaps, shower caps, dental toothpaste, dental floss, deodorants, toe nail clipper, combs and brushes. Sanitary pads and pant liners available, and tissues You will have hair dryer, curly and flat iron in your room and in the bathroom You will have fresh colorful towels, extra towels and bathrobes in your rooms, just keep it hanging behind your bedroom door after each shower. The house is close to Carkeek Park trail and able to see the Puget sound and the sunset, you must to see this. Also you are very close to Carkeeck park, Golden Garden Park and beach, Green Lake for nice walks, 5 minutes to Northgate Mall and many other amenities like multiple choices of restaurants & movie theater One and a half block away from the house there is large QFC groceries store or supermarket, with a pharmacy, post office inside with National and International services. The supermarket is open every day 24 hours a day. Inside of QFC groceries store we also have Starbucks, Panda Express, great Deli section, great selection of Beers and large wine cellar. We have many restaurants and amenities just around QFC and across from QFC on Holman Rd. like: Louisa's Mexican Restaurant, Papa John's Pizza Mr. and Mrs. Wok, Teriyaki restaurant, Choi's Mongolian Grill, Patty's Egg Nest the best place for Breakfast in Seattle and they serve breakfast from 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM, also serves lunch and dinner and many others... The Bus stop of # 28, (runs every 20 minutes) 1-block away from the house and D-line (runs every 10 minutes 7/ 24 (days/hours) and is 1/1/2 block away from the house. there other buses too like: #40, #15 and # 5 with one to few blocks from the house I do have Flor's Bank Box to provide you easily with the exact amount of change for your exact fare for the Metro bus or foreign guest lik e Canada. There are no restrictions of when you come in or go out from the house at any time, because the house is KEY LESS to the main door, but you will have your own code to get in your own room and your safety deposit box, All the rooms are private and are key less. In your bedroom you will have Netflix, for you to watch Free movies, at any time through your staying. You will have umbrellas available just in case, because we never know with Seattle weather. We provide service with pickups and drop off from and to the airport. If you need to be pick up from the airport or drop off at the airport just let me know during the reservation negotiations. If you need someone to take you shopping, or for a tour of the Emerald city just let me know at any time of your staying. If you need me to take your special clothing to the dry cleaners also just let me know. If you like to share with me about any issues that are bothering you, about bad experiences in life such as separation, divorce, death in the family or a friend, sue cases, job loss!, just talk to me and I will be very happy to talk to you at free of charge at any time. If you need to practice your Spanish with me, is also at free of charge. If you need me to prepare a sack lunch to take to your seminar, work, class or before you go to your tour, I will be happy to do it for a very reasonable fee. If you would like to take some food out to your family or friends that you are visiting or a pot luck, family picnic, weddings, I can prepare some traditional Peruvian trays of food for you and also deliver it.
