"Le petit Jivry" Cottage with pool

Alexis and Marie are delighted to host you in their Gite. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, the pool, the garden, the view of the forest and the fields. Celles is a village that offers many walks, a fishing pond, a bar, tennis court... You will also find all amenities 10 km away, in Ribérac. (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, market) Alexis and Marie know their region and will gladly advise you on nearby visits. The space The cottage has a living room (living/dining room) on the ground floor as well as a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, mini freezer, coffee maker, induction hob and kettle and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms in a row. (one bedroom with a double bed 140 cm and another with a double bed 140 cm and two single beds) Guest access First small path on the left after passing the car garage on your right at the exit of Celles. Go up to the top of the path and park under a tree in the driveway. Other things to note Please note the following information: We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask that you make the place as clean as it was left to you. If you don't want to do your cleaning, you can take the €30 package. Please note that this package will not include the management of your garbage or dirty dishes. A fee of 10 euros per day will be requested to contribute to the heating costs during the heating periods. The cottage is not equipped with Wi-Fi and the connection according to the operator is not always very efficient. No pets allowed, as there are already animals on site (dog, rabbit, horses) Thank you for your understanding and enjoy your stay.
