Edenhope Farm/Gray Room..close to PI & Dntn

Edenhope Farms is nestled on 6 acres. Relax on the front porch or the spacious deck overlooking the animals and swimming pool. Go for a walk through the woods, order a delicious breakfast from our menu, watch a movie in the theater room, swim in the pool, do yoga on the deck, head to one of our beach’s or drive 3 miles to historic downtown. Close to Parris Island. We also have 2 other rooms. LATE CHECK IN AVAILABLE. We strive to maintain a home that is eco-friendly and cleaned for Covid. The space This room has a beautiful queen-sized mahogany sleigh bed. It has its own private bathroom. Your bedroom has a keyed lock on it for your security and privacy. While you have a private bathroom it is across the hall, not in the room. Robes are provided. No one other than you used this bathroom. There are 2 other half baths that are shared by all downstairs. We are a farm and LOVE ANIMALS!!! But… If you bring a pet, pet fee is per pet. You must ask prior to booking. We do have a size limit and breed restrictions. You must also clean up after your pet, never leave them in the room alone and keep them off of the furniture. If any of these are not followed then you will be asked to vacate. Guest access Main Floor - Therapy Room (with appt) , Powder Room, Eat in kitchen (kitchen open for reservations. Kitchenette in sunroom for use. MUST CLEAN UP! Second floor - Three bedrooms and Two baths for guest use with reservation. Third Floor - Movie theater, Game room and exercise area. Outside - Screened in sunroom off of deck overlooking the swimming pool with Kitchenette for guest use, Powder Room, Oyster Roast area with Fire pit available for use with reservation*** Smoking area available ONLY at Farm Fire pit. During your stay I am a LowCountry native and am very familiar with our islands. I welcome all of our guests, and can prepare/provide wonderful breakfasts daily for an additional charge. I work out of the house, mainly Monday - Wednesday. I only ask that you be respectful of the noise level during those times. Other things to note Meals: Our WONDERFUL GOURMET BREAKFAST have been taken off of our regular priced stays. We will still offer our wonderful Shrimp and Grits and other homemade options but they will be special ordered and paid for directly by our guests for an additional charge. If you would like to have the whole experience you can gather your eggs for your breakfast! Special events like a Oyster roast or Bar-B-Ques can be arranged for an additional charge. Wedding receptions and birthday parties have also been held here. There are NO TV's in the bedroom's, and the only TV is on the 3rd floor with Netflix and over 400 DVD's are provided for our guests entertainment.
