The place is 10 minutes from the International Airport, 3 minutes from I85, 5 minutes from Pinewood Studios, it is close to Peachtree City where you can enjoy local attractions, 20 minutes from Six Flags, 25 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, etc. This house is a 4 bedroom house, we rent out each bedroom separately through Airbnb. You will share the common areas in the house with the other guests that include the bathroom, sitting area and table in the eating area, in the kitchen you can use the microwave, refrigerator and the coffee maker. You are welcome to use the common areas, we just ask that you clean behind yourself immediately since these areas are shared with others. Please make sure to take out the garbage from your room and kitchen once it is full to the cans outside of the house. There is NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES and NO ALCOHOL in the property or on the premises and we don’t allow PETS, CHILDREN or VISITORS. Extra guests without notice and without payment will cause the reservation to be automatically canceled. We don’t discriminate against any gender or nationality so just know you will share the common areas with the guests that are checking in for the house. All guests and hosts must agree to wear a mask or face covering when interacting in person and maintaining 6 feet distance from each other at all times since it's part of Airbnb policy. We will supply 2 towels, 2 hand towels, shampoo and soap for the beginning days. The bedroom doors and front door have a keypad with a code to get into each bedroom and the house. I will supply you with your code right before your stay. There is a smart tv in the living area so you can watch tv with your netflix account if you have it. Our quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am to be respectful of everyone in the house. There is a drive way that you can park in. Please do not park on the grass. The outside trash can needs to be taken out to the curb every Sunday night for the trash company to pick up on Monday and then brought back to the side of the house.
