Massive terrace offers great outdoor space and you can hear the waves from the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony and ocean views. The master bathroom features a large walk in shower and also a tub. Bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with access to the balcony and ocean views. The second bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom and features a tub/shower combo. There is a half bathroom/powder room located in the living room. Washer/dryer in the apartment for all your washing needs. Linens and towels are provided. However, we do not provide soap, shampoo, or laundry/dishwasher detergent. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation. VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly. GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE - Guests will pre-register with the office and receive access to the STiD mobile app for their guest ID's. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid before arrival. Guest IDs will provide you access to the building, elevators, pool, and beach services. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
