Now accepting 2025 reservations. Original 1960's beach house with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Three bedrooms (king, queen and 2 twin beds) sleeps 6. Ideally situated between the ferry dock and beautiful Fire Island beach! Wraparound deck, outdoor shower with propane grill and plenty of seating. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The house is cozy and the kitchen is stocked for entertaining. Linens including bath and beach towels are provided, one of each per guest. Open floor plan dining & living room. Wi-fi and basic cable are provided.. Air conditioners are in each bedroom and two temperature controlled mini splits are in the dining and living rooms. Guests provide their own food/beverage & toiletries. Five percent discount applied for seven night or longer bookings. Ten percent discount for 30 night booking.
